박찬경은 서울시립미술관 주최 광복 70주년을 기념 전<북한 프로젝트>에 참여한다. 그는 이번 전시에서 <파워통로>라는 비디오 작품을 통해 광복, 분단, 그리고 통일이라는 역사적이고 민족적인 과제들을 ‘북한’이라는 대주제 내에서 풀어낸다. 오는 9월 29일까지 진행되는 이번 전시는 시각문화의 스펙트럼으로 넓게 본 북한 미술의 다양한 면모를 만날 수 있는 기회가 될 것이다.
Park Chan-Kyong is participating in a group exhibition “NK PROJECT” being held at Seoul Museum of Art to commemorate Korea’s 70th anniversary of Liberation Day. Through his video installation Power Passage, Park explores historical and national issues, such as independence, division and unification, under the keyword ‘North Korea’. The exhibition is open until September 29th, 2015 and will provide an opportunity to meet various aspects of North Korean art seen through a wide spectrum of visual culture.
